Notion Mail has been deprecated: Notion announced it shuts down on September 22, 2026. Because it ran on Gmail, your mail is intact where it always was, which makes right now a clean moment to switch.
Notion Mail brought real ideas to the inbox, and plenty of its users chose it for the same reasons Vithos exists: a calmer, faster, more deliberate way to do email on top of Gmail. With its shutdown announced, those users need a new home rather than a step back to the Gmail tab.
Vithos is that home, and arguably a truer one. Email is our entire product, not a feature beside a bigger one. It speaks the keyboard language you already learned, its search engine indexes everything locally so results appear as you type, and it is built by people whose only roadmap is this app.

Why people switch
Gmail stays. Notion extras do not.
Your received and sent Gmail messages remain in Gmail. Export or migrate Notion-only drafts, scheduled emails, snippets, and auto-label instructions before the shutdown. Vithos is on a waitlist; if you need a client today, pick a shipping alternative.
A home that is the whole product
Notion Mail was one bet inside a much larger company, and it lost to the other bets. Email is everything Vithos does, so the roadmap cannot wander off to somewhere else.
The speed you switched for, doubled down
